Charges In Lancaster County Child Luring

CONESTOGA – Charges of child luring have been filed against a Lancaster County man. Southern Regional Police have charged 55-year-old Ronald Usner, Jr of Conestoga with three counts of child luring after attempting to lure a 5, 8, and 10-year-old girl into his vehicle on separate occasions. Usner told the girls he had the permission of their parents. A babysitter confronted Usner after hearing him tell one girl to get into his car at a River Road bus stop in Conestoga Township. An investigation found he did not have any parental permission. Usner is being held in Lancaster County prison in lieu of $350,000 bail. He is also charged with driving with a suspended license.
