Death Penalty Sought In Lancaster Homicide

LANCASTER (AP) – Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty for a Lancaster man accused of fatally stabbing his wife. 27-year-old Carrington Joseph is charged in last month’s death of 27-year-old Melissa Joseph. Police say he confessed to stabbing his wife during an argument. Assistant District Attorney Peter Larsen filed court paperwork indicating the prosecution’s intent to seek the death penalty.
