We’re closing our kitchen & clearing out the pantry.  Come early and enjoy all the items you want. Eat in or take out. Free parking. $8 for adults; $4 for 4-12yrs; Free for under 4. Spaghetti and meatballs, ham & green beans, hot roast beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken & dumplings, pork & sauerkraut, soup, hot vegetables, applesauce, desserts and beverages. All of the items are limited so come early.

House of His Creation/ Loving & Caring Tournament

Two Lancaster County non-profit organizations, House of His Creation (HOHC) and Loving & Caring will go head to head in its 2nd Annual Pierson Cup Memorial Softball Tournament. Local businesses, churches and groups vie for the chance to win a trophy and the $500 cash prize. Win or lose, it will be a wonderful, fun day for the community to join in and play, cheer on your favorite team and enjoy some good food. Team registration is $250. All teams must have at least 10 players (18 and older) with at least two women on the field during play. This is a double elimination, slow pitch tournament.

Challenging obstacles include pond/creek/swamp-crossings, waterslide, sand dunes, hill climbs, rope net, mud crawls, hay bales, and logging trails. The mission of OneRunTogether is to host challenging and exciting races that financially and spiritually benefit local cancer patients in need. The fourth annual Lancaster County women’s expo will be held Saturday, May 30, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Millersville University, Marauder Court, 21 S. George St., Millersville. The premier women’s event this spring, the women’s expo will present more than 80 businesses covering many aspects of a woman’s life, including beauty, health and wellness, finance, travel, entertainment, and home décor. Women of all ages can discover new products and services while enjoying several special presentations throughout the day as well as shopping and door prizes.
