HARRISBURG (AP) – A rival candidate for the Democratic nomination for lieutenant governor has kept his word and filed a challenge against Jay Paterno, son of the late Penn State football coach. Harrisburg City Councilman Brad Koplinski, one of six hopefuls for the No. 2 slot on the Democratic gubernatorial ticket, filed the challenge with state elections officials today.
