Suspects Sought In Lancaster Shooting

LANCASTER – Detectives were able to identify two suspects connected to a Friday afternoon shooting in Lancaster. Officers responded around 3:30 p.m. to the 600 block of Third Street and found a 28-year-old Lancaster man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he is critical condition. Police have charged 16-year-old Philip Dickinson of Lancaster with aggravated assault, robbery, criminal conspiracy, and other charges. Police are also charging a 14-year-old boy. The two were still at large and have not yet been apprehended.
