Lancaster Shooting Suspects Surrender To Police

LANCASTER – Police say two suspects wanted in a Lancaster shooting last week have surrendered. Last Friday around 3:30 p.m., officers found a 28-year-old Lancaster man with a gunshot wound in the 600 block of Third Street. The victim was hospitalized in critical condition. Investigators were able to identify two suspects, 16-year-old Philip Dickerson of Lancaster and a 14-year-old boy. Dickinson turned himself into police Monday around 5 p.m. The 14-year-old suspect surrendered to police about an hour earlier. Both were charged with aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy, and other charges.
