Comcast Offers WiFi Hotspots To Lancaster/York Counties

/ WDAC

LANCASTER/YORK COUNTY – Comcast says due to the recent flooding in Lancaster and York Counties, they’re opening their Xfinity WiFi hotspots to anyone in those two counties who needs them, including non-Comcast subscribers, through midnight Friday, Sept. 7. Comcast owns and operates thousands of WiFi hotspots in both counties. We have a link at wdac.com under this news story where you can find a map of Xfinity WiFi hotspots. Once at a hotspot, select the “xfinitywifi” network name in the list of available hotspots and then launch a browser. Customers can log-in with their Username and Password, and be automatically connected at all hotspots in the future. Non-Comcast subscribers should log-in through the “Not an Xfinity Customer” section to get started. Through Friday at midnight, non-customers can repeatedly renew their two-hour complimentary sessions when they expire. Click on the picture below to find out more as well as a map of Xfinity WiFi hotspots.
